Mrs Horace Morris, also known by her initials H.M, is the haughty landowner of Star Hill Farm and lives in a mansion not far from the farm. She thinks poorly of the ponies and often finds herself in a constant pickle with them, especially Scruffy.
Mrs HM also has a soprano, a type of classical female singing voice.
She is voiced by Josie Lawrence, who voices all the other female characters.

- The car Mrs Horace Morris drives in the series appears to be closely based on a 1940s Triumph Roadster
- It is revealed in the episode High Tea, High Jinks, that she had a husband who had apparently passed away
- She is the female equivalent of two characters from Bumper Film's other shows, like Wilton Cashmore from "Joshua Jones" and Station Officer Steele from "Fireman Sam", whenever she gets very cross and snappy at things
- she is modelled after Queen Elizabeth II.
