Beatrice “Baz” Watkins is the main human protagonist in the stop-motion animated show Star Hill Ponies.
She lives on a farm in Star Hill with her parents Will and Kath Watkins and constantly looks after her three ponies Dylan, Molly, and Scruffy.
Just like any other girl of her age, Baz has a fondness for ponies and horses.
She is voiced by Josie Lawrence, who voices all the other female characters. characters.

- The kite she has in her bedroom is a redone version of Sarah and James' one from the "Kite" episode of Bumper Films' ever popular show "Fireman Sam" with the blue and yellow shapes on the kite inverted, along with orange and red bows on its string.
